What have you learned from running your own business?
I have learnded how to adertise and market a Business. I have also learned how to respect customers and act in a professional mannner when approaching potential cusomers. After going to the training days I feel more confident in how to start my own business.
Challenges
Some of the challenges that I faced were trying to get customers and how I was going to advertise. I over come thise challenges by asking my moms friends and just asking around to people that I know if they are looking for a babysitter.
Can you share 2 or 3 experiences you have gained as an entrepreneur?
One of my experiences was when I would make money I would put most of it aside and save up for future expenses. Another one of my experiences have been that I have needed to learn how to safely take care of a younger child. I have learned many things and experiences with my business.
What was the best part of being your own boss?
The best part about being my own boss is I get to work when I want to and when I'm free. I don't have anyone pressuring me or watching me all of the time.
Will you continue your business after the Summer?
I probably will continue with my business the odd time but not all of the time because I will be in sports and school
