My name is Linda Cotter. I am the proud owner of Blind Squirrel BBQ Rub. I started my business because I love to cook and this was a recipe my dad and I perfected. I’m 15 years old and in Grade 9. I got my inspiration for the name because I’m blind. My dad always says “A blind squirrel always finds a nut!” This is how the name came about.
