My name is Henry Bolton, I'm 12 years old. This summer I started an artisan bread business called Knead On. 

I sell my bread at the Wellington North Farmers Market every Saturday from June 15th until September 21st. I currently make 1 flavor at the moment, but hope to expand to other flavors. My bread Is made with 4 simple ingredients - flour, water, salt and yeast. I make the dough Thursday nights and bake it on Fridays.

I am happy to be a part of SUPP this summer SUPP has made me able to deal with money, time management, and so much more.
