Customer service is important, have to work around schedules, have to be self-disciplined.
Challenges
Dealing with last-minute cancellations, and arguments between sibling children: offered to work part of the day, kept in touch with parents, (communication skills)
Can you share 2 or 3 experiences you have gained as an entrepreneur?
Listening to customer's needs, manage your personal and work schedules, how to manage money, learning how much things cost.
What was the best part of being your own boss?
Choose the jobs I want to do and work for people I want to work for.
Will you continue your business after the Summer?
Yes, because babysitting is a year-round job.
