WOWSA Presents: Empowered Women Chip In: With over 20 women attending, the WOWSA Empowered Women Event was a great success with all attendees having an informative, fantastic evening. A special thank you to our featured speaker Laura May Culver who spoke about the Power of Joy and how it can transform your results and change your life for the better. The Tipsy Fox in Arthur served a delicious meal and provided a perfect setting for the evening.   88.7 The River hosted a Trivia portion which was a fun way to end the evening.
